It's week 7 in The Omer Count: Malchut (Kingdom). 
The past 6 weeks we have learned about Chesed (Mercy), Gevurah (Judgment), Tiferet (Beauty), Netzach (Victory), Hod (Majesty), and Yesod (Foundation). We are now in week 7 of The Omer Count and this week's energy is about understanding and owning up to why we are here on earth. 
It's about owning up to our strength within.

My spiritual teacher Karen Berg explained it best by stating that while all the other levels discussed during this Omer are concealed from the 5 senses, Malchut is actually the physical world that we live in. It is everything that is manifested. The purpose of Creation, the transformation of potential to actual, the exposure of the hidden, and materialization of the immaterial are all contained in this level of existence. All of humanity descended from Adam, and in each generation we are correcting a different aspect of him. The souls of earlier generations were greater and on a higher spiritual level than those of our current generation. For that reason, those earlier generations were collectively responsible for correcting Adam's head, neck, heart and so forth. The generation that we are living in is the generation appointed to correct the heel of Adam. The heel correlates with the Sefira of Malchut because it is the lowest point of the body, just as Malchut is the lowest of Ten Sefirot. 

The news today is full of chaos: natural and unnatural turmoil, fights, wars and violations of human rights and dignity. All of this is part of the dirt of the heel, the garbage of the Earth, and we, fortunately or sometimes unfortunately, are the garbage sweepers. Our job is to make these difficult corrections because we are the souls that are incarnated here on Earth at this time, we are the ones who are responsible to do this work. Every time we manage to take responsibility and correct something within ourselves, we are doing this work of the heel, impacting the whole of Creation. Karen Berg suggests that this week, the final week of the Omer, as you face whatever it is that is before you, remember that our role as individuals is to take part of our being that needs healing and through our spiritual effort and transformation bring it into wholeness, returning to oneness with our true and Eternal Source. 

This week we have true potential to see what we are being exposed to spirituality so we can correct and heal ourselves. The action we take in healing ourselves effects the rest of the planet as a whole. 
The first 5 weeks of Omer count were connected to our 5 senses, how we feel, react, forgive, etc and week 6 was about bonding all 5 weeks together and sharing them. Now this week it's complete foundation of all 6 weeks coming in to surface to represent who we are and where we are. 
This week is about leadership. The state of being rather than activity. Leadership is a passive expression of human dignity which has nothing of its own except that which it receives from the other 6 emotions. 
At the same time, Malchut manifests and actualizes the character of the human spirit. It is the very fiber of what makes us human. Why we love the way we love. Malchut is the sense of belonging. Knowing that you matter and that you make a difference. That you have the ability to be a powerful leader in your own right. It gives you the independence and confidence and the feeling of certainty and authority. 
When you are in a healthy state of sovereignty and connected to the higher portion of Malchut you are always kind and loving. A powerful and effective leader needs to be warm and considerate. So make sure you are applying that towards yourself and mostly towards others. 

This week's energy is connected to the Root Chakra. 
The root chakra is the first chakra and is located at the base of the spine, the pelvic floor. It is the root of your being and establishes the deepest connections with your physical body, your environment and the Earth. It's how you survive. No coincidence that it's connected to Malchut, the heel of Adam. 
The root chakra is connected to safety, instinct, sexual being, survival, grounding, family, boundaries, security and new opportunities/new beginnings. 
If your root chakra is blocked, you will experience relationships issues, trust issues, feel insecure with work, money, and fear of being stuck in one place. 
Mediate with the color red around your base of the spine in order to unblock the root chakra or heal any physical issues you may be experiencing like reproductive system, rectum, tailbone, leg, and even lower sex drive. 
The planets connected with the root chakra are Mars and Earth. The signs that represent this chakra are the fire signs: Aries, Leo and Sagittarius.

Today is the energy of Loving-Kindness in Nobility. Like King David - who represents Malchut - a true King knows his job is to be in service of others not the other way around. Today, manifest your consciousness of service to others with actions.

Today is the energy of Discipline in Nobility. Before telling anyone what you think of them consider three things:
1. Is your criticism true? 2. Do you love the other person genuinely? 3. Will they hear you?
If you can meet these conditions, then speak up. If not then it is better to be silent. 

Day 45, June 6-7, 2016 - New Moon of Gemini
Today is the energy of Compassion in Nobility. Jacob was considered one of the most complete beings that walked this earth. He knew when to be merciful and when to apply judgment. Check yourself today - are you delicate when you should be definite or judgmental when you should be gentle? Don't forget that tonight is the New Moon of Gemini. Chodesh Tov (Good Month)! 

Day 46, June 7-8, 2016 - New Moon of Gemini
Today is the energy of Endurance in Nobility. Instead of feeling doubt when something "negative" happens, say to yourself, "I know I have done all I can to make this a positive experience. I have certainty that in the bigger picture this situation is positive." When you do this, you give darkness no entry into the situation.

Day 47, June 8-9, 2016
Today is the energy of Humility in Nobility. Take inventory of the past 46 days. Hindsight is 20/20. Do you see the blessings and the growth? As we come to the end of this Omer, use this day to appreciate the ladder the Creator gave us to climb towards him. 

Day 48, June 9-10,2016
Today is the energy of Bonding in Nobility. Joseph took responsibility for his process. To be a conduit of Light for others, there is no room for victim consciousness. Wash yourself clean of the injustices you feel others have done to you so you can jump into the bright future that awaits you. We're almost there guys! 

Day 49, June 10-11, 2016
Today is the energy of Nobility in Nobility. Take a moment and meditate on manifesting all the changes that you have undergone in the last 49 days. After Pesach, the Light that we received as a gift went into concealment to give us a chance to earn it back. On the eve before Shavout, seal in your transformation. You are a new vessel, prepared to receive the Light of immortality; are you ready?

May you all have a powerful week filled with forgiveness, sharing, healing and happiness. This is a powerful week to truly dig deep within yourself and connect to the leader that you are. The best leaders know how to find chaos in their life, take responsibility for their part, transform themselves and heal from it. Make sure this week you take time to be honest with yourself in where you need healing and put in the effort to transform it. This week you are releasing your soul from fear and negativity. Let it all go! You are not a victim. You are a powerful being. Let yourself thrive in the light you own and is waiting to shine bright like a diamond! Never ever give up on this journey or in yourself. Miracles do happen and you will always arrive at your desired destination. You just have to BELIEVE!!!!!!!

It's week 5 in The Omer Count: Hod (Majesty). 
​In the past 4 weeks we have learned all about the power of Mercy, Judgment, Beauty, Victory and how it correlates to loving-kindness, discipline, compassion, and endurance. Now week 5 is all about Hod (Majesty) which is parallel to humility. 
This week it's all about about understanding the word humility and how this can change our lives in a more spiritual and manifesting way. 
No coincidence the night Hod entered it was the night of the Full Moon in Sagittarius. This week you have a huge opportunity to transform yourself and your old patterns. This is the week to truly learn what humility means and how you can apply it to your everyday life. 

Humility is the silent partner of endurance. If endurance is the engine of life, humility is the fuel. Humility's strength is in it's silence. To understand humility is to acknowledge the light of the creator. Humility is acknowledging that there is a greater force out there that is behind all your gifts, talents and abilities to function in life. To truly have this awareness you must silence yourself in order to hear humility speak. It's a knowing that this force from Divine Source is the fuel behind your machine. When you truly understand humility you are opening a gateway for more blessings and miracles to enter your life. 
A full cup can't be filled. When your ego is so big and your soul is so filled with me, myself and I, you have no more room to receive. But when you empty yourself to a higher force then you are making room to receive more than your wildest dreams. Humility is the key to transcendence. 

Apply humility this week so you can experience a true transformation in your life. Give your worries and troubles to a higher source. Be humble to know that there is a greater force out there working in your favor. Instead of judging others, try showing a bit more love and compassion. This week, along with the Full Moon energy, you will be able to transform judgment into humility by forgiving anyone who has hurt you. Release control this week. Work on releasing all those old negative and selfish patterns. Think about others for a change. How can you help someone in need? How can you help a starving homeless animal? How can you avoid damaging Mother Earth?
Humility is not to be confused with lack of self-esteem or weakness. On the contrary it takes strength to apply humility. It takes strength to acknowledge you are not alone in this world.
The reason humility is the key to transcendence is because once you understand that the most profound and deepest transformation cannot come from someone who is born of goodness or has done only good things all their life. The greatest amount of positivity will always come from the negative side. Part of humility and transformation is working hard for it on the spiritual path, and in order to work for it, you need to be certain that at your very core, your essence is pure light.

The chakra connected to this week's energy is again our Solar Plexus. Last week we learned it's right below our heart chakra and it's connected to our confidence area. When this area is blocked we suffer from low self-esteem. We just don't think we are worthy or good enough. We are afraid to speak up or ask for what we want because we are filled with fear. The Solar Plexus is about our identity and inner true self. Make sure to meditate with the color yellow in order to unblock any blocked chakras or heal any physical issues you may be experiencing like your stomach, intestine, liver, pancreas, your digestion or even your blood sugar. The planets connected with the solar plexus chakra are the Sun and Earth. The signs that represent this chakra are Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn.

Today is the energy of Discipline in Humility. It is our nature to feel that we are right, that only we understand and that no one else sees what we see. Today really know and remember that what we understand and see is very limited and only 1% of reality. There is a bigger picture out there that we don't see. 

Day 31, May 23-24, 2016
Today is the energy of Compassion in Humility. There is always a reason why people are the way they are. When you see someone behaving badly, there is a reason, and if you walked in their shoes you might be behaving just the way they are. Just for today, walk in the other person's shoes. 

Day 32, May 24-25, 2016
Today is the energy of Endurance in Humility. Think of something that will remind you of your smallness. Maybe it is an affirmation of how grand the universe is, or how perfect a flower is, something that is personal for you, that you can use every day for the next year to remind you that in relation to God we are but a spec. 

Day 33, May 25-26, 2016 - Lag B'Omer
Today is the energy of Humility in Humility. Prayer is a way for us to acknowledge the Creator and remember that we are not entitled to anything we have. We take many of the gifts the Creator has given us for granted - we feel we are entitled to walk, to talk, to see, to hear. Today pray for the ability to acknowledge that everything is a gift from the Creator. 

Day 34, May 26-27, 2016
Today is the energy of Bonding in Humility. True friendship is a gift and a wonderful tool to maintain humility. Focus on building a true friendship - knock gently on another's heart and be grateful for the chance to look inside. Friendship is respectful, so allow him or her to be themselves. 

Day 35, May 27-28, 2016
Today is the energy of Nobility in Humility. One day a man called out a slanderous comment to King David. As his guards moved to put the man in his place, King David said, "Leave him be, if he is saying this to me then I am meant to hear it." The greatest measure of humility is knowing that the Creator is the voice behind everything we hear. Today listen to what the Creator is telling you. 

May you all receive light by truly experiencing humility this week. Karen Berg: "This week is all about humility and remembering that everything we have was given to us by the Creator for a greater purpose. Focus on making yourself small this week so you can truly discover your greatness." Let that marinate for a minute! Everything we have is for the greater good of humanity so we can share with others including animals.
This week we can manifest our dreams if we are humble enough to see, hear, feel and touch the light!!!

It's week 4 in The Omer Count: Netzach (Victory).
In the past 3 weeks we have learned about Mercy, Judgment and Beauty. Now this week we enter the week of Netzach which is all about Victory! 
Take this week to go deeper in the meaning of Victory. Netzach is connected to the desire to share and it's a channel of that energy when it starts to manifest in the physical world. How powerful! Netzach (Victory) is also connected to the creative process in our brain. Netzach (Victory) energy is the artist, the musician, the one who dares to dream. It's all that is creative and represents the right brain. 
The energy of Netzach (Victory) is found in a stone called Tarnish also known as Topaz. Tarnish has healing energy and its vibration is used to release stuck energy and helpful to connect to personal truth. 

When you think of victory you think of winning. You conquered a fight, you won. Let's dig deep into the meaning of victory this week. What does victory mean to you? How can you apply it to your every day life?

Key ingredients for victory: Endurance, Ambition and Determination. 
All three key factors are a balance of patience, persistence and guts. Without endurance, any ambition or determination you may have has no chance of victory. 
Endurance is about not giving up. If you have a goal, dream, desire and you have certainty behind it, than that means you truly believe you will have victory. You will arrive at your destination no matter what. But you must have endurance in order to achieve victory. One of the hardest things in life is accepting where we are. This is part of achieving victory. This is the first step. Looking around at our situation, accepting what is in front of us at the present moment and also understanding that this is not our final destination. When we have certainty behind knowing this is not our final outcome, then we are able to have the drive to create a new beginning, a new path, a new journey. This will ignite the endurance you need to arrive at your final destination. Therefore feeling the emotions and energy of victory. 
Remove fear from letting you think you can't achieve your goals, or it's too late, or you're not worthy enough. You are what you think. You are what you believe. Connect to strength this week and have certainty that you will manifest and become your dream. You got this! 
Victory is gratitude. Be grateful and feel the victory already for being where you are now. The fact that you even have a desire and a goal is part of a victory. Celebrate every bit of victory in your life! 

This week's energy is connected to the Solar Plexus chakra. It's located right below your heart chakra. 
The solar plexus is a powerful chakra as it controls your self esteem, thoughts, will power, and fears. 
When your solar plexus chakra is blocked you will experience low self-esteem, you don't think you are good enough, you fear rejection, you have no self control and no will power. So that diet you keep wanting to keep you will break it if your solar plexus is blocked. When it's blocked it leads to physical issues in your stomach, small intestine, liver, pancreas, blood sugar and your digestion. Meditate with the color yellow around your solar plexus so you can unblock that chakra. The planets associated with the solar plexus chakra are the Sun and Earth. The signs that represents this chakra are the Earth signs (Taurus, Capricorn and Virgo).

Today is the energy of Loving-Kindness in Endurance. So just for today respect the idea of someone else even if it differs from your own. Give the same time and passion to their thoughts and ideas as you would your own. Once you have internalized their point of view, go back to your own thoughts. Do you still feel the same way?

Day 23, May 15-16, 2016
Today is the energy of Discipline in Endurance. Be painfully aware of one negative behavior that is common to you, whether it is yelling, exhibiting frustration, shutting down, communicating poorly, etc. Just for today be vigilant about controlling that quality. Don't give into it under any circumstances. See how empowered you feel afterwards.

Today is the energy of Compassion in Endurance. If someone upsets you today, call them after the fact and listen to them. Once you understand their life and situation, do you still feel the same about them? Understanding someone's situation is a key to achieving compassion. 

Day 25, May 17-18, 2016
Today is the energy of Endurance in Endurance. Today, instead of seeing the negative quality in yourself, see a good quality in yourself. Spend the entire day building on that quality, especially at times when you don't usually bring it forward. Grow the good. 

Day 26, May 18-19, 2016
Today is the energy of Humility in Endurance. When we see or experience a work of art we find ourselves in awe of the artist who created it, however, do we also appreciate the Creator who put the eyes in our head to see it? Today, acknowledge God in everything around you: in the fruit you eat, in the sun that shines, in friends that call in the unconditional love of a puppy. It is all God.

Today is the energy of Bonding in Endurance. Choose one positive quality that is not in your nature but that you want to take on, or learn one new thing that can help you be better. Share your new lesson or experience with a friend.

Today is the energy of Leadership in Endurance. The first step in leadership is showing others that you can make mistakes. Today share something you are ashamed of with someone you trust. Exposing your weaknesses is a powerful step to achieving strength. 

May you all experience victory this week! It's a powerful week to experience victory in endurance. You need all the qualities from the 7 weeks of transformation to achieve victory: love, compassion, discipline, endurance, dignity, bonding, and humility. This week work on yourself so you may have gratitude in all the miralces you have already experienced. Slow and steady wins the race!!!

It's week 3 in the Omer Count: Tiferet (Beauty). 
The last two weeks were all about Mercy and Judgment. 
This week we go deeper in the meaning of Tiferet which is all about Beauty. This week we realize the Beauty in balance that lives in between Mercy and Judgment. This balance allows you to discipline and teach your loved one out of love instead of anger. 
It's no coincidence that this past weekend was the New Moon in Taurus which is all about Beauty. This week is a powerful week to create and acknowledge the Beauty that is already inside of you and around you. 
This week is all about the Tiferet (Beauty) connection to beauty, balance and healing. Tiferet (Beauty) and Taurus are connected to the color green which represents the color of life, nature, healing and balance. Which matches the color of this week's chakra which is the heart chakra. 
When we look around we are able to see that the human population of this planet has issues with the heart chakra no matter how loving or spiritual we are. There is always a piece of energy in there that is bitter, angry or feels lonely. This week Tiferet (Beauty) gives us the opportunity to take full responsibility for all of our actions and any situation we are in. 

This week we have a huge opportunity to create balance, healing and beauty. We must see this week and the rest of this month in Taurus as a gateway opened in our vessels allowing us to create transformation inside of ourselves and in the world. This week when we find ourselves blaming others, we have to dig deep and see how we co-created the situation and how to avoid creating the same action moving forward. If we find ourselves stating that the other person had full responsibility then we aren't learning our lesson and the same patterns will continue to enter our lives. We have to dig deeper and create that transformation. It's the only way we will experience healing and balance in our lives. We have to be able to squash our ego and come from a place of humility in order to take full responsibility for our actions. We also have to see the beauty that is all around us. Take time each day this week to be grateful for all your blessings. No matter what your situation is, you are blessed to be breathing the air of life. The Universe is always working in your favor. Therefore take responsibility in expressing gratitude towards everything and everyone in your life. Gratitude leads to seeing the love and beauty in everyone. The more gratitude you apply in your life, the more your heart chakra opens and you are able to feel the love inside yourself and express it to others. 

The heart chakra is located in the middle of your chest and it's connected to the color green. The heart chakra represents love and compassion. 
If your heart chakra is blocked you will know because you will have issues trusting, loving and unable to give and receive to and from others. This creates in imbalance in your heart chakra causing you to have physical issues with your heart, breathing, allergies, lungs, blood pressure, lymph and even your immune system. The color to meditate by your heart chakra is green. This will help balance and open your heart chakra. By practicing being compassionate and understanding with others will also help balance your heart chakra. By pushing yourself to trust and love yourself will help you do the same towards others. You have to start giving with all your heart to others and allowing yourself to receive help and love from others in return. This will break the locks around your heart. The planets the heart chakra is connected to is Venus and Jupiter. It is also connected to the higher expressions of all 12 signs of the zodiac.

Today is the energy of Loving-Kindness in Compassion. Just for today pick one person in your life who could use your energy. All day long send them the energy of your love. See them surrounded by the light of mercy. Know with certainty that your genuine effort made a difference in their life and yours. 

Day 16, May 8-9, 2016
Today is the energy of Discipline in Compassion. Review one of the challenges in your life. As hard as it is, see the light at work there. Search until you find the gift that the Creator is bestowing on you through this difficulty. Manifest that change in consciousness by addressing the challenge differently than before. 

Day 17, May 9-10, 2016 
Today is the energy of Compassion in Compassion. In order for there to be true peace in the world, we need to sit across from our enemy and see that they too are valid in their thoughts. Just for today understand their position. Feel their pain. How can you change yourself to transform the situation from judgment to mercy?

Day 18, May 10-11, 2016
Today is the energy of Endurance in Compassion. What act of discipline is difficult for you to maintain? Exercise? Meditation? Investing in a friendship? Today make it your focus to do the things you routinely do, with total dedication, total attention, and total commitment. 

Day 19, May 11-12, 2016
Today is the energy of Humility in Compassion. One of my favorite songs is "What If God Was One Of Us." It reminds us how different we would be if we could remember that God is always by our side. The greatest act of humility is having the awareness of the Creator. Today acknowledge the force of the Creator around you. Notice the humility that it brings knowing God is always there. 

Day 20, May 12-13, 2016
Today is the energy of Bonding in Compassion. Nothing in this world disappears. Energy never dissipates. Today, take one action or take up one project with the idea that the good you put in will benefit humanity forever. 

Day 21, May 13-14, 2016
Today is the energy of Leadership in Compassion. So just for today be so positively different from your natural state that it inspires people to want to learn what you are learning. 

May you all have a fabulous week filled with love, compassion, giving, receiving, healing, beauty and manifestation! 
Make it a priority to truly dig deep this week into your subconscious and transform your old negative thought patterns. Realize that the world is your mirror! Create changes in yourself that you would like others to create for themselves. 
We are all work in progress and that's the beauty in life. As we learn we teach. We are all one soul, we are all connected. We have to start by making the choice to transform ourselves into a better version of what we already are.

It's week 2 of the Omer Count: Gevurah (Judgment). 
This week is all about watching our judgment towards ourselves and mostly others. 
Last week was all about Chesed and having mercy for everyone. 
Gevurah is all about Judgment. Chesed gives to a fault. While Chesed is giving, Gevurah is a bit more selfish. However they both need each other in order to survive and create balance. 

The second week of the seven weeks of the Omer corresponds to the channel for judgment, discipline and strength in the Universe. 
This week's energy is attached to Issac the Patriarch. 

During this week you have an incredible opportunity to work on your judgment of yourself, of others and situations which is blocking you from your own spiritual freedom and growth. 

It's so easy for all of us to criticize, place judgment and even blame others for things that are happening in our lives. This week the energy that is drawn down is allowing us to open our heart and mind and realize that we are responsible for our own story, our own life, our own journey. There is no one to blame. From experience, I know, it's easy to become a victim and blame others for what "happened" to us, but that is only creating more negative energy in our lives. We have to be strong enough to sit outside the box, look inside and realize that we are not victims in our own movie. We have to replace that negative victim mentality with an awareness of understanding that nothing happens "to" us. We create our own journey by the choices we make. These choices we could have made 10 years ago but just like cause and effect, whatever choice we make, there is a ripple effect not only in our journey but towards the Universe as well. We have to transform ourselves from having the victim mentality to taking responsibility for our own actions.

This week realize that judging others is negative. When you catch yourself gossiping about your co-worker, lover, friend or family member, stop, think about why you are gossiping about that person, and realize that person is a reflection of yourself. Whatever you are saying about them, is exactly what is wrong with you. Hard to swallow but it's the truth your ego is hiding from you. This week instead of freaking out that someone is trying to take your job, clients, friends, boyfriend, wife, realize that you don't really know this person. You don't. You can't judge someone without having truly walked a mile in their shoes. Enough with the judgment card! Sometimes your own partner, family or best friend can hide a pain they are going through. You don't always know everything. So think about that before placing judgment or gossiping. Who cares that they are from a different religion? Who cares that they are in love with the same sex? Who cares that they wear a mini skirt?! Who cares that they love Justin Bieber?!! Instead transform that energy in asking yourself, why do you care? This person is not the creator of your story. Why not concentrate on your own life, your own challenges and create a happy ending for yourself? 

This week's chakra is still connected to last week's chakra: Throat chakra. 
Makes perfect sense because when we gossip about others, we block our throat chakra, which means we have trouble expressing ourselves, being creative, sinus issues, speaking up and speaking the truth. 
So make sure this week you are honest with yourself and speak the truth.

The Omer Count is finally here! I love these 7 weeks of transformation!!! These are some of the most important weeks of the year when it comes to creating major positive changes in our lives. 
These 7 weeks of transformation gives us an opportunity to release all negative energy from our reality. 

Kabbalah teaches us that during these 7 weeks (49 days) after Pesach (Passover), we must be aware and release all negative energy from every aspect of our lives. During the first night of the Seder your connection to the light of wisdom is free. But during the Omer is when you put in action to earn the light. During these 7 weeks of transformation we are not only releasing negative energy but we are cleansing our soul. The Omer begins the second night of Pesach and ends the night before Shavuot. You always begin the countdown after sunset. During these 7 weeks of spirituality we have the opportunity to break open klipot (negative shells) from within our core being and release the light that has been trapped by our own choices. 

The Omer is pretty much 49 days of spiritual testing during which we can earn and keep the light we received on Pesach. Each of the 7 weeks corresponds to one of the 7 lower Sefirot that make up the Tree of Life: Chesed (Mercy), Gevurah (Judgment), Tiferet (Beauty), Netzach (Victory), Hod (Majesty), Yesod (Foundation), and Malchut (Kingdom). 

These 7 Sefirot are the channels of energy through which the universe is physically manifested. One of the ways that Kabbalists understand these Sefirot is through the biblical patriarchs and matriarchs who are "chariots" by which these particular cosmic energies are "drawn down" from their potential state in the metaphysical realm to an active form in our physical universe. Each Sefirot is also connected to a chakra point. Each level represents a point in your body that can be healed and transformed each week of the 7 weeks of transformation.

So let's tap into the consciousness of week one which started this past Saturday, April 23rd, 2016 at nightfall. 

Week 1: Correcting The Sefira of Chesed
The energy of Chesed represents Mercy. Chesed is the most expansive of the Sefirot. It's basically pure positive energy. This energy is all about Mercy and kindness. The patriarch who draws down this energy is Abraham. 
Our goal for this week, until Saturday evening, is to be like Abraham and inject Mercy and kindness wherever possible into our dealings with others. Now is the perfect time to be kind to yourself, every single person and situation you encounter this week. This is the week to give until it hurts!  

The chakra that is connect to Chesed is the throat chakra. It is located by your throat so it represents communication and truth. 
If your throat chakra is blocked you will know because you will have issues opening up to people, being clear with communicating your feelings, can't connect to your thoughts, creativity and can't speak up. Physically it effects your thyroid, neck, ears, sinus, allergies, colds, etc. 
The color to meditate by your throat chakra is blue. This will help balance your throat chakra. Also speaking up and being honest with someone this week will break any blocks you are experiencing. Also avoiding evil speech and gossiping is important. Avoid entertaining it as well. Instead concentrate on your creative side this week and be clear on your desires for yourself and towards others. The planets the throat chakra connects to is Mercury and Uranus. It is also connect to the energy of the air sign (Gemini, Libra and Aquarius). 

This week is crucial you be kind, giving and speak your truth! Speak up for yourself this week. 
During this important week of Chesed you can break all the negative energy around your life by applying compassion towards everyone and yourself. Go out of your way to volunteer at a local soup kitchen and animal shelter.
Make sure to love yourself more and be grateful for every single person in your life. Let go of fear and trust in Divine Source.

Friday, April 22, 2016 at 1:24am EST enters a Full Moon in Scorpio. This moon is one of my favorites as it's the Pink Full Moon! It's the first Full Moon of Spring!!! Since the sun is in Taurus when the Full Moon enters, it will be an explosive next two weeks! Friday is also Earth Day. The day we give healing energy, love, light and respect to our Mother Earth. And Friday evening Passover begins! It's the night of the Seder. I will explain how energetically this portal is open to all of us.
We have 5 planets retrograde in the month of April: Jupiter (January 8th - May 9th) Saturn (March 26th - August 13th) Mars (April 17th - June 29th) Pluto (April 17th - September 26th) Mercury (April 28th - May 22nd)...YIKES! Mercury Retrograde is here again!!! 
The Sun is in Taurus until May 20th, Venus in Aries until April 29th, Mars in Sagittarius until May 27th, Mercury in Taurus until June 12th. 
As you can see anything and everything can happen!!! Buckle your seat belts!!! So let's get to itttt!!!!!

A Full Moon means the Sun and the Moon are in opposite zodiac signs. The Full Moon has a powerful mystical energetic feeling that you experience while under it's trance. The Full Moon represents female energy, a time for romance, fertilization and a high state of emotions. It is also responsible for illuminating light on what is hidden from you. Secrets and shadyness will be exposed under the mystical moon light. The Moon always protects you. 
This particular Full Moon is known as the Pink Moon, Rain Moon, Wind Moon, Full Sprouting Grass Moon, Egg Moon, Fish Moon and Paschal Moon. 

Since this is a Pink Full Moon, the first Full Moon of spring, and it falls on Passover, you must already know the powerful meaning behind all of it. If not, keep reading! This is an excellent time to work on potential relationships and end the ones that no longer work for you. The Full Moon is in Scorpio and any Scorpio will tell you it's all about the relationship with others. They always somehow are thinking about others. Whether they are obsessed with someone, being of service to someone, or worried about what others think, they are all about learning and knowing people. They are fearless in a lot of ways. They rather end things then let someone else end things for them. They have to be in total control of their destiny. Very controlling and secretive. They love mysteries, sex and are very complex. So you will be tapped in to this energy. Now since the sun is in Taurus, this will balance you out. Taurus are all about love, beauty, romance and healing. They are all about themselves! So the energy here is telling you to find a balance between taking care of yourself and helping others. Taurus is a positive sign connected to the light while Scorpio is a negative sign and doesn't fear the dark. You need positive and negative to create light. So use the energy of this Full Moon wisely! 

This Full Moon in Scorpio is bringing forth whatever your intentions were during the new moon in Scorpio back in October 2015. Pretty much brings everything full circle. Keep in mind this week and for the next few weeks it's all about you. Whatever seeds, desires, intentions you are planting during this week will start manifesting in May. Remember: April showers bring May flowers! This is a time to start looking inside your soul. Let go of the illusions of the things you want and ask your soul what it truly needs in order to evolve to a higher vibration. 
You are the only one that has the power of making the choice to change your situation and raise your frequency. 
Sometimes it's hurtful to deal with loss of personal belongings, people, jobs, relationships, fur babies, but it's all an illusion. You don't ever lose anything. You just keep evolving. The individuals, things, situations that move on it's because they or it completed it's purpose. You can't be selfish about that. Although it's hard at the moment, you have to keep on raising your vibration. This Full Moon brings you the option to transform yourself into the person you always wanted to be. You can manifest all your desires!!! But you have to make sure you have those desires. 
Passover begins on Friday, April 22nd at sundown, which is the night of the Seder, and it offers you the opportunity to connect with the light at a very high level as teacher Eliyahu Jian shared with his students. According to the Zohar there are two types of light in this world: the light of Mercy and the light of Wisdom. During the night of the Seder the light of wisdom is available to you. But you need a tool. The tool you need to use is the Matzah known as the poor man's bread. The consciousness to achieve here is to get to a place like a poor man. Why? Well, what does a poor man want? Everything that will keep him alive! A poor man has strong desires! You have to embrace this Friday evening with a lot of excitement but also have strong desires because the light will share everything with you. Everything you have ever dreamed of!!! Use the matzah as a tool to connect you to the light of wisdom, the love, joy, happiness, that you can receive for the whole year. Whatever you connect to that night is for the whole year! Be excited, be happy, have major desires, and when you hold that matzah Friday night, know that it represents all your dreams and desires for the whole year!!! 

This Full Moon also urges you to spend time alone. This is how you will be able to be honest with yourself and separate yourself from other people's ideas and desires. Ask yourself what do you truly desire. 
This is important. Because when you can sit still with yourself and be who you really are, you will be able to transform a piece of your story. You will be able to attract the situations and people that compliment your soul. Your real self. 
You will realize you don't need to change who you are to please someone else. The right people will love you just the way you are. Be honest in your desires for yourself and for others. Remember when we receive for the sake of sharing, we really receive infinite abundance in all ways. If you want love, then give unconditional love to yourself and to others! Give to others without any judgment, conditions or strings attached. Just love. And you will receive this love right back. For those of you that have been feeling a little wishy washy and confused. Remember that the light is always with you. Darkness and negativity is just an illusion. The light is NEVER gone! The light never ever disappears. Take responsibility in your life right now and know that you are where you are because you choose to be there. So now choose positive thoughts and know with certainty that you will arrive to your dream destination no matter what! You will always arrive there, it's just a matter of choice how you get there: with chaos or with mercy. 
Know that you have the power to change and create a wonderful life right now! 

Freaking out about the five planets in retrograde? Forget about it! What your astrologer tells you will only happen IF you don't transform yourself. But if you transform your consciousness with the right consciousness, you are able to shift your written chart and certain struggles. You are able to bypass higher than the zodiac signs! Allow the light to take over. When you are connected to the light, you are going beyond astrology. 
So say to yourself: "When I'm with the light I can bypass my reality. I want to change my destiny that is written in the stars." You do this by giving and sharing with others. EARTH DAY RITUALS: 

1. Go meatless and dairy free for the entire day! Give Mother Earth the gift of not hurting her animals for at least a day. Honor her lands by going vegan for at least 24hrs. 

2. Spend time in nature. Shut down your computer, phones and go to a local park and sit in nature and honor her presence. Sit and meditate and just listen to the trees talk to you. Relax in nature with all four elements: Earth, Water, Wind and Fire. 

3. Gather your friends and go to your favorite park. Gather around in a circle around a big tree and give healing energy back to earth. Open that portal and let the energy from the cosmos draw down into earth and inside of you. We are all one after all. 

4. Find out about local Earth Day events in your town and attend them to learn about ways to be more eco-friendly.

5. Purchase products that are biodegradable, eco-friendly and cruelty free. 

Well there you have it my bunnies! A powerful transformational Pink Full Moon for the world to connect too! 
Remember to write down your intentions, desires, and eat that matzah using the right consciousness and fill it with major desires! Raise your vibration to a higher place. The time is now to let go of all that does not serve us and connect to the frequencies of this planet to shift it to a higher dimension. People, animals and this planet need love right now. We have to forget about negativity, lies, fights, egos, feelings, competitiveness, wanting to prove a point and learn to dig deep inside our soul and connect to the consciousness of love and oneness. We are all one. Be happy and grateful for what you do have right now, be grateful for the fact that you are breathing, be grateful for the fact that you are alive at a time where your light can offer peace and healing to someone else. Be the change you desire in this world. It's starts with you. You are powerful, you are strong, you are love, you are light. You are me and I am you! Thank you so much for taking time to read this. And along with it comes a major Solar Eclipse at its maximum at 8:59pm EST! This New Moon is indeed super powerful thanks to the Solar Eclipse. Most of you already felt the emotional wave hit this past weekend. Most of you felt a week ago completely empowered like something new and exciting is about to happen to you, and then boom! out of nowhere you felt angry this weekend, emotional, betrayed, hurt, happy, all sorts of insane emotions all at once! Some females blamed it on their time of the month, but believe me, this Solar Eclipse had all to do with it! Heighten energy to the eleventh power! 
We have 2 eclipses this month. On the full moon on the 23rd we will have a lunar eclipse!
The Sun is in Pisces until March 20th, Venus is in Aquarius until March 12th then moves into Pisces until April 5th, Mercury is in Pisces until March 21st, Mars in Sagittarius until May 27th, Jupiter in Virgo until September 9th, Saturn in Sagittarius until December 20th, 2017, and Uranus in Aries until May 15th, 2018. 
This month will be a very Pisces month filled with ideas, creativity, dreams, compassion and emotions!

A New Moon means the Sun and Moon are in the same zodiac sign. This means that the energy is completely concentrated on that particular sign. New Moons represents new beginnings. The New Moon is an excellent time to plant your seeds for the future, and energetic portal to pull in what you'd like to manifest. When setting your intentions, being very clear on what it is you want to manifest, is crucial during a New Moon. Things that get revealed under a Solar Eclipse is to awakened you to show you the truth that was hidden from you. This is a time when you have powerful opportunities to break old habits or belief systems and begin to make major life changes. Eclipses are about endings and new beginnings. How you see yourself is how you are perceived by others in the outside world. All this energy affect your personal and business relationships. 

ENERGY:
This New Moon and Solar Eclipse are in Pisces and the Full Moon is in Virgo so you will feel a need to find balance between being emotional and compassionate while being health conscious and rigid. Balance between being free spirit and being disciplined. The energy for this month that this New Moon Solar Eclipse brings in is pretty important because it's a life changer. You will feel all sorts of inspirations and receive ideas from out of nowhere. It's important that you stick with these inspirations because it's guiding you to a new you, a new situation and a new life. So go with it! This month work on connecting with the Pisces energy inside of you. Pisces are very compassionate. However their goal and yours this month is to be compassionate without feeling sorry for yourself. That is key. Feel other people's pain, not your own. Think about that for a minute. This month you must work on releasing any victim mentality out of your thought process. Starting today you should be placing focus on what it is you desire. It's time to set focus on your goals. Release any distractions from your life right now. Someone wants to come and bring drama into your life, say "I am so sorry but I don't have time, I have some manifesting to do!" and bat your eyes!  
When you focus on your goals, you will have the determination and skills to achieve your goals. Right now, there is a portal opened giving you all the tools you need to make your dreams into a reality. Why this month is extremely important. LOVE:
When it comes to your love life this month, a lot is going on. Some of you are newly engaged and some just got married so you will feel very victorious this month when it comes to your love life. YAY! Feel that love!!! 
Others on the other hand will need to appreciate the person they already have in their life. This can also apply to friendships. For others, this Solar Eclipse, will be like this fire sign (Aries, Leo or Sagittarius) lover has to go. Some of you will realize this relationship or friendship is pretty much over. You've done all that you could to save the relationship and you've worked so hard at it, but this is it, end of the road. For most of you this means you are placing too much energy on your other half and not on yourself. Take this time to love and honor yourself by eating healthy, working out, cleansing your energy so you and everyone around you can feel at peace. If you're single, there's an amazing chance you will be meeting a new suitor in your life. So keep the faith going! This month you can manifest a new romantic partner! CAREER/FINANCES:
Now regarding finances and career, a lot of you a wondering if you should quit your job or feel like you're getting let go. First of all, calm down. You are feeling the energies of the Solar Eclipse and New Moon.
Some of you feel like it's time to quit and start a new career. You may be right, but right now you are being guided to wait for a bit. It's important to calm down, think things through and remove yourself from the chaos. You may not even be getting fired. Just relax. Same for business owners and employers. If you are thinking of letting go of someone because you are furious about what was just revealed or if you are suspecting of any misconduct from one of your employees, calm down, wait a bit, and you will see why in a second. 
It's extremely important that no matter what your situation is at work or with finances, that you take a step back and relax. This month offers you a major opportunity to shift things in your life for a bigger and better purpose. Don't direct your energy towards things that are just an illusion. Aren't really real. Focus on what you want. Take time to write down the vision you have for yourself and your career or for your business. And all will fall into place because by the end of the month you will receive new ideas, new information, new clients, new job offer, new hires, extra income coming in. Once you place your intentions, meditate on it you will receive some exciting news by the end of the month!

This particular energy came in to release things, people and situations that are holding you back from becoming the best you, you can be. It's assisting you in raising your vibrations.

This Full Moon is in Virgo and the Sun is in Pisces. Already that means magic can be created. Earth and Water are a perfect match! They need each other. Earth needs Water in order to have the seeds grow into powerful trees. Think how magical that is! This is the month to plant any new seeds because the Universe will provide whatever it takes to help you grow into manifesting your desires. The seeds of thought and desires you plant, will without a doubt grow and manifest before your very own eyes. 
Virgo is all about details, routines, health while Pisces is all about emotions, the metaphysical, and a bit unfocused. 
The Full Moon brings you the option to transform any energy that does not serve your highest good. 
If you are dealing with a breakup or heartbreak, know that these frequencies are just uplifting you and you needed to move on for better reasons. Means someone better is coming in. So wait for it. Trust! 
This Full Moon also brings in the energy of LOVE and MAGIC! Understand if a friend or loved one is no longer in your life that means, it was holding you back. And with this Full Moon you can desire exactly what person you truly need in your life right now. What you want is not always what you need. Meditate on that for a bit. 
If you want a new job or career right now and you are trying so hard but you can't get promoted, trust that perhaps its not what your soul and journey needs right now. You may end up in a better position at a new place with a better situation. Trust your journey while being aware you are the creator of your life by your thoughts and actions. 

The next few weeks are all about TRANSFORMATION. Everything and everyone that comes in is an opportunity to help you get to the next level. If an ex or a blast from the past comes back into your life, doesn't mean the person is the one, but perhaps this is a huge opportunity to heal the situation, forgive and move on. Always know you deserve the best and no one should take that away from you. You have a story to tell and have experienced your own journey and no one should take away your power. But you must love yourself in order to be able to see and understand that. Honor yourself this evening by connecting and meditating under the Full Moon. 
Remember Pisces is also involved so that means the Chiron energy is here to release any emotional baggage you have and heal your soul. 
Let it all go today. Awaken to the fact that you are connected to Mother Earth, the trees, the animals, the people in your life and the individuals you don't even know. You are one with the universe and take the time to honor yourself by feeling the oneness energy. Don't know how? Take time to sit alone somewhere in nature or even in your room, car, bathroom, but just let your body and mind relax. Close your eyes and take deep breaths and allow your mind to start quieting down. Appreciate yourself and everyone and everything around you. Have GRATITUDE. 

This Full Moon in Virgo is also known as the Snow Moon and Quickening Moon. Years ago this is when people took time to focus on magic, snuggle together and watched all the snow. Take time to do just that. Connect to your inner magical being, appreciate your loved ones, and observe everything around you.

And what a month this will be! Get ready for major changes in your life and everywhere around you :) On this very same day it is also the Feng Shui New Year. It's the year of the Red Fire Monkey! Which in western astrology means the year of Leo. Lot's of amazing changes, so continue reading :)
The Sun is in Aquarius until February 19th, Mercury in Capricorn until February 13th, Venus in Capricorn until February 16th, Mars in Scorpio until March 5th, Jupiter in Virgo until September 9th, Saturn in Sagittarius until December 20th, 2017 and Uranus in Aries until May 15th, 2018.
Let's get ready for the best New Moon in 2016!!! And it's a Leap Year!!! So let's get to it!!!

A New Moon is when the universe opens a portal to connect you to a specific zodiac sign's energy that month.
It's a new beginning. A New Moon is the perfect time to set your intentions and follow up with actions.
The first few days of the New Moon is pretty powerful. That's when you can draw most of it's powerful energy from that sign down to assist you. Use the New Moon to transform any negative habits into positive ones.

This New Moon is the best one of the year 2016!!! What happens in this month will pretty much sum up what the rest of the year will be like for you. And that's a great thing. Same if you are waiting on a loan, court case, closing, business deal. Anything you were waiting for, will now move forward after the New Moon. Finance will be so great this month!!! Expect to receive major blessings! Concentrate on what you desire this month and not what you don't have. This is key in receiving blessings for the Universe, especially in regards to money. And this month is all about receiving gifts from the Universe. Keep in mind because this New Moon brings in the Red Fire Monkey energy, things will be happening but because you will put action into it. So if you have been wanting to achieve a certain goal, go ahead and start making phone calls, doing research, attending classes, meetings, whatever it is to get yourself in motion to achieve that goal. You can do it!!! 

TIPS:
Some fun Feng Shui tips to celebrate or connect to the Red Fire Monkey year is to wear shades of red, pink, purple, lilac or burgundy. Make sure to avoid clutter. This will be key. Monkeys love to jump everywhere and peel bananas but if they don't clean up, they can slip on their own banana peel. Be wise and think ahead of the game this year. Clean your room before going to work so you don't have to deal with clutter later. The entrance of your home will be major key this year as well. Sage the front of your home to remove any unwanted energies and invite some kind loving energy into your home this year. Make the entrance clean, inviting and warm. Perhaps add some candles, colorful paintings, photographs of people you love. Paint your house or apartment. Did you know if you have all your walls in white, it will cause a lot of arguments and fighting? This is due to too much of the element Metal. So go ahead and add some color to your home. Remember to keep clutter away from your space. Clutter will cause you to feel stuck in life. Go ahead and donate clothes, items, or whatever it is to create more space in your home. This will get a long of things flowing in your life and bring you more things you have been wanting! Give and Receive :)

Doesn't mean that things won't get better later on this year and they will, but create the intentions and actions THIS month! This year is major for transformation.
