Here we are darlings! Week 7 in The Omer Count: Malchut.
Last 6 weeks of the 7 weeks of spirituality was all about 
Chesed (Mercy), Gevurah (Judgment), Tiferet (Beauty), Netzach (Victory), Hod (Majesty), and Yesod (Foundation). 
Now we have entered the 7 and final week of the 7 weeks of Spirituality and you will read how all the previous 6 weeks all add up to this week's energy of Malchut (Kingdom).

Karen Berg explained it best by stating that while all the other levels discussed during this Omer are concealed from the 5 senses, Malchut is actually the physical world that we live in. It is everything that is manifested. The purpose of Creation, the transformation of potential to actual, the exposure of the hidden, and materialization of the immaterial are all contained in this level of existence. Karen explains how at the Kabbalah Centre they explain that all of humanity descended from Adam, and in each generation we are correcting a different aspect of him. The souls of earlier generations were greater and on a higher spiritual level than those of our current generation. For that reason, those earlier generations were collectively responsible for correcting Adam's head, neck, heart, and so forth. The generation that we are living in is the generation appointed to correct the heel of Adam. The heel correlates with the Sefira of Malchut because it is the lowest point of the body, just as Malchut is the lowest of Ten Sefirot (Which is pictured here: Sefirot).
She goes on to explain that the news today is full of chaos: natural and unnatural turmoil, fights, wars and violations of human rights and dignity. All of this is part of the dirt of the heel, the garbage of the Earth, and we, fortunately or sometimes unfortunately, are the garbage sweepers. Our job is to make these difficult corrections because we are the souls that are incarnated here on Earth at this time, we are the ones who are responsible to do this work.
Every time we manage to take responsibility and correct something within ourselves, we are doing this work of the heel, impacting the whole of Creation. 
Karen Berg suggests that this week, the final week of the Omer, as you face whatever it is that is before you, remember that our role as individuals is to take part of our being that needs healing and through our spiritual effort and transformation bring it into wholeness, returning to oneness with our true and Eternal Source. 

To me this all means that this week we have true potential to see what we are being exposed to spirituality so we can correct and heal ourselves. The action we take in healing ourselves effects the rest of the planet as a whole.
The first 5 weeks of Omer count were connected to our 5 senses, how we feel, react, forgive etc and the 6 week was about bonding all those 5 weeks together and sharing them. Now this week it's the complete foundation of all 6 weeks coming in to surface to represent who we are and where we are. 
This week is about Sovereignty. The state of being rather than an activity. Leadership is a passive expression of human dignity which has nothing of its own except that which it receives from the other 6 emotions. 
At the same time, Malchut manifests and actualizes the character of the human spirit. It is the very fiber of what makes us human. Why we love the way we love. Malchut is a sense of belonging. Knowing that you matter and that you make a difference. That you have the ability to be a powerful leader in your own right. It gives you the independence and confidence and the feeling of certainty and authority. 
When you are in a healthy state of Sovereignty and connected to the higher portion of Malchut you are always kind and loving. A powerful and effective leader needs to be warm and considerate. So make sure you are applying that towards yourself and mostly towards others. 

This week's Malchut and lesson is connected to the our Root Chakra. 
The root chakra is the first chakra and is located at the base of the spine, the pelvic floor. It is the root of your being and establishes the deepest connections with your physical body, your environment and the Earth. It's how you survive. No coincidence that it connects to Malchut, the heel of Adam.
The root chakra is connected to safety, instinct, sexual being, survival, grounding, family, boundaries, security and new opportunities/new beginnings. 
If your root chakra is blocked, you will experience relationships issues, trust issues, feel insecure with work and money, and fear of being stuck in one place. 
When your root chakra is balanced and opened, you will experience love from your relationships, feel grounded and secured in all aspects of your life. Experience manifestation and new experiences. You will trust even when you've been hurt in the past. 

I know this was a lot to read but I wanted to make sure you all understood the power you have available this week to see what area in your life is in chaos and how you contributed to the situation and how you can take responsibility, transform and heal yourself from it. You will literally have a true awakening. This will have ripple effect on the rest of the planet without you realizing it. Someone else will be able to have an awakening and elevate their soul due to your one action. Realize this week that you DO matter. YOU ARE important. 

Take this week to do something kind for humanity. Sign up and volunteer somewhere. Go out of your way to help someone else. You will feel so good and in return inspire someone else to do the same.

Monday, May 18, 2015 at 12:13am EST enters the New Moon in Gemini. Western Astrologers like to consider it Taurus but energetically speaking it's truly Gemini. Frequencies are coming in faster than astrologers and science even realize these days. So you may notice that dates are starting to be off when it comes to certain predicted dates. But that's okay because we are moving towards a direction in which time and space doesn't even exist! 

Mercury Retrograde in Gemini is also kicking in on Monday, May 18th until Thursday, June 11th. 
Get ready to enter crazy town! For the next 3 weeks make sure to avoid arguments at all cost. Do your best not to buy any electronics and only travel to places you have been to before. If you travel to a new destination be aware you might have some delays! Mercury Retrograde loves when you pick up an old project and finish it. The same with anything you have left unresolved with work, relationships, ideas, etc...This is the perfect time to complete those goals! 

New Moons represents new beginnings. A time to set intentions and plant your seeds for the future. It's when the Sun and the Moon are in the same sign. Always write down your intentions after a New Moon has entered. 
Your thoughts are powerful during a New Moon so it's important to think positive and visualize that which you want to manifest in the next few weeks and in the next 6 months. 

Being that the energy of Gemini is now entering, you will feel the energy of duality. You will feel the need to understand both the light and dark. Make sure to dig deep this month and understand that when you see a side of yourself that you do not like, it's not for you to head into depression and beat yourself up about it. See it as an opportunity to see the lesson and light behind it. By doing so, you will be elevating your consciousness. 
Gemini is all about revealing hidden agendas and secrets. So be prepared to see the truth in a lot of aspects of your life. You may see the real side of a friend you thought was your friend but instead was not being honest and being selfish. In the end, see the lesson behind this. This is an opportunity for you to realize how to set better standards for yourself. You can never truly blame the other person. It's about taking responsibility for creating the scenario and allowing yourself to be placed in the situation. It's a beautiful way to see the lesson, allow the light to come in and transform your life. The same example applies to relationships and work. 

While many secrets may be exposed, it's also about entering the midway of the year. Take this time to evaluate all that you have accomplished since January 1st and see what else needs to be done.  
Gemini is a sign that loves communication so make sure to work on how you communicate with yourself, others and the messages you are sending out to the universe. Work on speaking words of honesty and putting action behind your words. Avoid saying things just to say. Mean what you say :)

Being that you are still in the month of May this is still a perfect time to commit to your goals and desires. 
Work on your relationships with people, how you handle your finances, and dig deep to find out what truly makes you happy in this moment in life. Remember sometimes what we want is not what we need.
This month is all about manifestation and healing. Make sure to work hard on shifting your thought patterns to being more positive. In order to manifest that which you desire, you must set the motion in place by making sure your thoughts, words and actions align towards your desire.
This weekend we entered the 7th week of the 7 weeks of spirituality and it's no coincidence that it is attached to the dual energy of good and evil. There are two sides to everything which is connected to the New Moon of Gemini. 

So my lovely friends, please realize that this New Moon offers you the chance to see two sides to everything while understanding that the dark side is only to be able to awaken us to what we have to correct and heal about ourselves. 

This New Moon was special to me as I celebrated my birthday with some special amazing friends and loved ones :)
I feel blessed and I am so grateful for having the most amazing people in my life!

It's week 6 in The Omer Count: Yesod.
This week's energy is all about the foundation and bonding in life. The previous 5 weeks we learned about love, discipline, compassion, humility and endurance. 

This week Karen Berg explains that Yesod is the channel of spiritual and physical sustenance, the link between the Upper and Lower Worlds. She goes on to explain that Joseph the Righteous, the son of Jacob, was a man who chose to never become a victim of his reality, despite the fact that he was kidnapped, betrayed, wrongly imprisoned, separated from his father and seduced by another man's wife. Joseph never lost sight of his inner spirituality. He always said "I know that wherever I am, there is a reason for my being here."
Karen Berg wants us to understand on the most profound level that when something happens to us now, it means that somewhere along the line, we did or said something (whether in this lifetime or a past one) that set the stage for our current circumstances. Our ability to move forward can be sparked by the understanding that (1.) wherever I am, there is a reason for me being there, and (2.) this experience is offering me another chance to take 100% responsibility for my experience and reconnect to God. 
She ends this week's portion with explaining that Joseph saw every negativity, every uncomfortable situation, even every mistake that he made, as an opportunity to awaken the Light that was inside of him. By doing the same, we can build our own spirituality, become a channel for others, and have a freedom that we couldn't expect before.

What does this all mean to us? This means that this week's energy is all about the bonding you have with yourself and others. Bonding is the ultimate emotional connection. Bonding is the foundation of life. The previous 5 weeks every quality connected to the week's energy was based on your individual connection but this week it's about understanding that without bonding no feeling can be truly realized. Bonding channels all five previous qualities into a solid bond, giving it the meaning foundation. Bonding is eternal. It's that connection you devote yourself to with yourself, your spiritual connection, mother and child, husband and wife, brother and sister, close friends. It's about allowing yourself to trust in yourself and trust in others. It creates a sense of confidence, a sense of belonging, that "I matter" and "I am meaningful". 

This week's energy of bonding and foundation is connected to our Sacral chakra. 
Our sacral chakra is our relationship area. So no coincidence there. 
When your sacral chakra is blocked, you will feel angry, resentful, stressed, unable to let go of a person/situation, you will not be trusting, you will have intimacy issues, addiction problems, and have stomach issues. 
When your sacral chakra is cleansed, you will be able to forgive, let go, surrender, trust, feel happy, experience new beginnings, be able to create boundaries with others and have healthy relationships with your loved ones. 
Make sure to envision an orange bubble around your stomach area going inside and clearing your sacral chakra. 

Week 6 is all about creating a stronger bond with others. So make sure to take time this week to connect with your loved ones and go out of your way to show them you care. If you have an individual in your life that you need healing with, this is the week to open the door for the relationship to heal. Use this week's energy to heal any misunderstandings you have with anyone. You will feel so much better in the end. 

Take time to bond with your furry friends. Animals have such a healing energy to them. And when you truly bond with animals you are able to raise your frequency levels to a whole new dimension. You will be able to heal others and heal yourself. Animals have such high frequency levels of energy that it's truly inspiring.
When you can connect to yourself, others, animals and earth, it's the ultimate connection to the oneness universe consciousness. It's only then that bonding will be constructive and everlasting. 

There you have it my friends! This week is all about the LOVE in your connections to others. You cannot bond without the power of love. If you can't have love towards someone in your life at the moment, ask yourself why and dig deep. 
Are you expressing yourself with love?

This week make sure to think of one person you need to forgive and one person who you need to apologize too. Initiate the contact with love. 
Then find one friend and one family member and show an act of love towards this person.

It's week 5 in The Omer Count: Hod.
In the past 4 weeks of the 7 weeks of Spirituality we have dealt with the energies of: Mercy, Judgment, Beauty and Victory. Now this week it's all about Majesty. 
Karen Berg explains to us this week that the energy is about the ability to transform judgment into loving-kindness. She explains how this week our work is to transform all the uncomfortable, difficult moments that we come up against into moments of loving-kindness and realignment with our soul. When we learn how to have harmony within ourselves and peace and contentment with life, we can become a greater force of kindness in this world. Loved when she explained that sometimes we are so busy beating ourselves up in the darkness that we forget we are a spark of Divine Light.
Karen made huge sense regarding the energy of transformation when she said that the greatest amount of positivity will always come from the negative side. Rabbi Akiva, one of the purest souls  to ever walk the earth, came from the seed of Cain who was known for both envy and murder. The deepest and most profound transformation cannot come from someone who is born of goodness or has done only good things all his life. To become a soul like Rabbi Akiva, we have to work hard for it on the spiritual path, and in order to work for it, we need to be certain that at our very core, our essence is pure Light.

This all means to me that this week we have a huge portal of energy to create transformation in our lives. But with that comes situations being exposed that we may not like but it's the light giving us guidance in what it is we need to transform and correct. 
Hod is also connected to the energy of Humility. So this week not only are we making transformation happen but the fuel behind last week's energy of Victory is humility. Transformation can't occur without the fuel of humility. 
Humility is the silent partner of endurance. Its strength is in its silence. Humility should not be confused with weakness and lack of self-esteem. Humility is an acknowledgement to the light of the creator, to Divine Source. It's about acknowledging that your strengths and talents come from a higher place, gives you the power to endure far beyond your own perceived capacity. 

When you are so selfish and just into yourself and all about yourself, your cup is full therefore you are not allowing any room for growth or manifestations to occur. When you humble yourself and realize it's not all about you in this world and it's about helping others, animals and the earth, you then empty your cup and allow for more to come in. Humility is the key to reaching beyond yourself, the key to creating a life without any limitations. Humility is the key to finding out who you truly are. 
If you ever meet someone who you think is a goody two shoes, don't compare or judge them. Just know that in order for them to have had a huge transformation in their life, they came from a very dark place. But if you meet someone who thinks they are perfect, don't apply judgment either, just send them light because if they would apply humility they would know they wouldn't be in a better place had they not been in a dark alley. 

The chakra connected to this week's energy of humility and transformation is again our Solar Plexus. 
We know from last's week post that the solar plexus is connected to our confidence area. When this area is blocked we suffer from low self-esteem and have a lot of fear behind everything. 
The solar plexus is about our identity and inner true self. So make sure to work on meditating and directing the energy to uplift your solar plexus. When it's balanced and cleared you will feel empowered and strong. 

There is so much energy this week between the Full Moon and the energy of transformation and humility that we must truly see all of this as a gift. We have the ability to take whatever situation we are stressed about and turn it over by taking responsibility for our thoughts, intentions and actions. We have the power to truly transform everything in our lives by knowing we have the choice to create a better situation by acknowledging where this power truly comes from. We are not alone in this journey. We have an amazing universe that is attached to so many angels, beings, spirit guides and divine source that lives within us and around us everyday. 

We have to work hard in learning to truly help others and go out of our way to ask our friends, family, loved ones and strangers how they are doing. And truly stretch yourself and ask "How can I be of service to you?" and by doing one act of kindness you are creating a ripple of effect throughout this one person, community and world.

Sunday, May 3rd at 11:42pm ET enters the Full Moon in Scorpio. It is also a Flower moon. 
This Full Moon in Scorpio is going to be extremely magical as well as the rest of the month!!! It is the most powerful manifestation cycle thus far. It is also right after the energy of Beltane!
Mercury Retrograde will be back on May 18th (on the new moon) thru June 11th. 

Most of you may have already felt some intense energy around you since the beginning of the week. That's because this Full Moon is packed with a lot of emotional energy!
 
Full Moons are all about illuminating what is hidden from you. Sometimes you are aware but ignore the issue so our lovely Full Moon makes sure that it shines light on the situation, so you can handle it and move on. 
Because the Full Moon exposes all truth, it is the perfect time to set your new intentions and goals. Make sure to write them down. If you do not know what you want, then ask the moon to help guide you. Ask for guidance to help you get rid of bad habits, thoughts or feelings. Full Moon is a female energy and is all about romance, fertilization and relationships. The Full Moon can either make you feel extremely emotional or extremely intense. 
Start paying attention how your mood changes a few days before and after the Full Moon so you can see what you have to work on or how you can benefit from this energy. The Full Moon means the Sun and the Moon are in opposite zodiac signs.

This Full Moon occurring in May is called a Flower Moon. Since April showers bring May flowers this is exactly why it's called the Flower Moon. Under a Flower Moon, which the energy will last the whole month of May, is the perfect time to work on commitments, both in spirit and love. This month make sure to put yourself first and allow yourself some "me" time. This is a form of loving and honoring yourself. If you are single, make sure to put yourself out there and be a lot more social. If you are dating or in a relationship, this is the month to work on taking your relationship to the next level! 

The month of May is all about love, beauty, healing and balance. What a great month this will be for you! 
Starting with Beltane which was on May 1st and also known as the May Day festival. It is considered to be the halfway between spring equinox and summer solstice. Beltane marks the beginning of summer. Rituals and bonfires were used to protect people from natural and supernatural events. This was a time where people were eager to experience growth not only for their crops but within themselves. Today, people from all over the world celebrate Beltane with bonfires and other fun rituals.

The Full Moon in Scorpio will request that you create balance between yourself and others. The energy of Taurus is about you. Taking care and loving yourself in order to help others. Taurus love beauty, romance and healing. Scorpios are about others. They love mysteries, sex, controlling and are very complex. Taurus is a very positive sign connected to light while Scorpio is more of a negative sign and doesn't fear the dark. Having both Taurus and Scorpio connecting this month is quite powerful. According to Benjamin Franklin, you need negative electrons and positive protons to create electrical charge. 
So use the energy of Taurus and Scorpio to manifest your desires! You will experience tons of light in dark places. Scorpio is a very passionate sign so use that passion in a positive constructive way. This Full Moon you will see a lot of truth being exposed because Scorpio is all about truth. Pluto is Scorpio's ruling planet. Pluto represents power. So this month you have to see how you are using your power to help yourself and others around you. 

Taurus on the other hand tend to be stubborn so you have to see where in your life you are being stubborn and just release the situation or the person. You have to learn to trust your higher self and your higher power that all will be well and that divine source is working in your favor.
Scorpio is pretty intense, doesn't forgive easily and holds on to grudges. See where in your life you are not forgiving someone and let it all go. Perhaps you are not forgiving yourself. Learn to just release and let it all go. You will feel a weight lifted off your shoulders when you learn the beauty of forgiveness. 
Because this month is all about healing make sure not to sit on your feelings. Express how you truly feel. If you are a reactive person, practice restriction, and if you are a shy person, learn to speak up. If you need help, ask for it and be honest about it. It's important you express your feelings because if not, the Full Moon will make sure you do, but in an emotional intense way! 
Learn to balance the energies this month by being honest with yourself and others about what you truly desire. 

This month is also about the energy of love! It's such a romantic month so make sure to start by loving yourself. 
Spend time meditating, working out, doing yoga, massage, energy healing, spa day, sitting in the park, playing with your fur child, anything that requires you to spend alone time with yourself is the right way to go! 
This energy of love will also attract others in your life. If you are single, this is the month to attend that friend's birthday party you were trying to avoid. You never know who you may meet out there. Stay open to receive new romance and you will! Believe!!! If you are dating someone you truly like, get ready to make it official! And if you are in a current relationship this is the time to take your relationship to the next level. You may even find yourself traveling with your sweetie somewhere. All in the name of LOVE! So get ready to receive love this month.
 
Finances also come into play this month since Taurus is all about money. Being an earth sign it rules money money money! This month there will be major focus on finance and career. Scorpio gives you that passion to go after what you want. Perfect balance yet again! Just be careful not to overspend, be wise with your finances. 
Since this is the most powerful manifestation cycle of the year make sure to aim high and set those intentions. This would be an excellent time to start a vision board. 
If you are waiting to hear from a new job, think positive because you can manifest the job and salary you desire! 

Just like the flowers that are blooming this month you have huge potential to manifest all your desires. 
You are starting a new you this month. It's a month to fall in love and be happy!! Share that love with others.
Let love shine this month and heal yourself! Release all that doesn't serve you.
This is a happy month filled with love, beauty, romance and healing. So make the most of it! 

In life when you think you are in a dark place, you are alone, no one understands you, you feel misunderstood, you feel judged, you worry about your financial situation, your job, your relationship, that's when you have to trust the light of the creator the most. Why? Because if you allow yourself to truly open your eyes, you will see that it is all an illusion. Nothing is real. Push yourself to awaken and realize that all is not what it seems to be.
You are the director, writer, actor in your own movie. Through your thoughts, words and actions, you co-create the life you have. The energy you put out to the world, is exactly the energy that comes back to you. So why not send positive thoughts and positive energy to the world? Try your best to not get stuck on only entertaining the dimension you live in now which is about length, width and depth but instead open yourself up to realizing that there is a whole huge universe out there with different dimensions that are different facets of what we perceive to be reality.Go beyond the parallel universe theory! Dig deeper this month :)
You will then realize that it is only you who holds the key to all the chains around your soul. What you do with that key is only your choice.
