Reconnective Healing (RH) founded by Dr. Eric Pearl, is a return to an optimal state of balance. It is the complete and all-inclusive spectrum of frequencies that consists of energy, light and information.
Its first basic element is energy. Energy is everything we are made up of organically, our very essence and our actual physical body.
Light is the resonance and communication within these frequencies between the universe and us.

Energy Healing/Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique founded by Dr. Mikao Usui for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
Reiki is made of two words: Rei means "Universal" and Ki means "Life Force Energy".
The technique is administered by laying on hands and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to feel stressed, depressed, get sick, and if it is high, we are more capable of being healthy and happy.
There are 7 chakras connected to our bodies. Each chakra represents an emotional and physical value in our lives.
1st Chakra (Base/Root) is the color red and it is located under your stomach.
2nd Chakra (Spleen/Sacral) is the color orange and it is located in your stomach.
3rd Chakra (Solar Plexus) is the color yellow and it is located above your stomach.
4th Chakra (Heart) is the color green and it is located in your chest.
5th Chakra (Throat) is the color turquoise and it is located in your throat.
6th Chakra (3rd Eye) is the color indigo blue and it is located in between/above your brow.
7th Chakra (Crown) is the color violet/purple and it is located on top of your head.
We also have an invisible 8th Chakra above the 7th Chakra.
Reiki clears up and unblocks all your chakras so you can experience oneness, relaxation, happiness and abundance in your life.
For example, if you are constantly experiencing back problems and/or stomach issues that is a sign you need work done on your 2nd Chakra.
Means you are stressed over relationships and financial issues.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique founded by Dolores Cannon, is a technique which involves inducing an individual to the Somnambulistic state of trance through visualization. A state which under ordinary circumstances is experienced only twice daily: the moment just before you become consciously awake and the moment just before you drift off and fall asleep. Historically, hypnotists have avoided conducting research with patients in this state because of the strange and often inexplicable results that are recorded.

Past Life Regression is the first component of the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique and involves the individual being regressed and guided through an appropriate past life from the first scene they first view, throughout the various periods of the life and eventually through to the death scene.
The Subconscious will select what past life to show the individual and they will be guided through it by the QHHT practitioner conducting the session. The past life the Subconscious chooses to show an individual is always relevant to the current life the individual is living now and it is not uncommon for multiple Past Lives to be shown during a single session.
